Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s ready to take their analytical mindset to the next level in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll support our data and business teams by organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data that informs real business decisions. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to help collect, clean, and interpret data that drives better decision-making across the company. You’ll help build dashboards, generate reports, and spot trends that others might miss, making complex data more accessible to non-technical teammates. Whether you're pulling metrics from a database or organizing survey results into actionable takeaways, your work will help teams move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate with experienced data professionals who will guide you while still giving you room to take ownership of small projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in building slide decks or presentations to summarize key insights for stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned data tasks or mini-projects.
• Perform light statistical analysis and build charts that help non-technical teams understand the story behind the numbers.
• Stay organized with folders, naming conventions, and data versioning so files are always findable.
• Be proactive about asking for feedback or clarification instead of waiting to get stuck.

Preferred:

• Willing to learn about data governance, version control, and reproducibility.
• Can assist in building reports or dashboards for different departments or clients.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using tools like Slack, Notion, or Trello.
• Interested in growing into roles like Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Able to meet deadlines and ask clarifying questions when needed.
