Description:
We’re hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help us maintain and organize critical business data. You’ll be responsible for accurately entering data into systems, databases, and spreadsheets according to project requirements. You’ll ensure that all data entries are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner to maintain data integrity. You’ll work with spreadsheets, forms, and other tools to manage, organize, and store large amounts of data efficiently. You’ll organize and maintain files, ensuring data is stored securely and is easy to access when needed. You’ll be responsible for updating records and ensuring all information is current and up-to-date across multiple platforms. You’ll monitor data entry processes and identify areas for improvement, helping to streamline operations and increase productivity. You’ll collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure data-related tasks are completed on time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Double-check work for typos, formatting issues, or missing fields to ensure high accuracy before submission.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR, operations) that rely on accurate data for decision-making.
- Handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail, avoiding copy-paste mistakes or formatting drift.
- Meet deadlines consistently while balancing speed and accuracy, even during bulk data entry projects.
- Assist with cleaning, deduplicating, and validating large datasets for use in reports, outreach, or analysis.
Preferred:
- Understands the importance of formatting, consistency, and eliminating duplicates.
- Can handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Values consistency, focus, and accuracy in their work.
- Wants to grow into roles like Data Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Operations Assistant.
- Experience entering and updating data into spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.
