Description:

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to help build and scale partnerships that drive real growth. You’ll support the affiliate team in managing day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also helping us build strong, productive relationships with partners. From organizing affiliate assets and campaign briefs to ensuring that links, tracking codes, and payouts are accurate — your attention to detail will keep things on track. You’ll help onboard new affiliates with welcome kits, assist with campaign planning, and monitor engagement to spot high-potential partners worth nurturing. You’re comfortable juggling several tasks, following up with influencers or partners, and maintaining structured records in spreadsheets or affiliate dashboards. You love numbers, but you also understand that behind every stat is a relationship worth nurturing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help segment affiliates into tiers based on performance and suggest tailored strategies for each tier.
• Help test and validate affiliate tracking systems to ensure data is accurate and commissions are correctly attributed.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in affiliate and influencer marketing—platform changes, FTC guidelines, etc.
• Support outreach campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, or high-conversion windows.
• Track deadlines for affiliate promotions, campaigns, and payouts—no one likes to be paid late.

Preferred:

• Knows how to research and evaluate potential affiliate partners or influencers.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, tracking links, and performance reports.
• Background or interest in marketing, e-commerce, digital media, or communication.
• Able to review affiliate applications and screen for relevance and quality.
• Interest in learning how to grow and optimize affiliate programs over time.
