Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager for the night shift — someone who thrives when the floor is quiet but the pressure is still on. You’ll be the go-to person for every shipment in, every product out, and everything in between. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. Whether it's tracking KPIs, coaching a team member, or solving a delivery delay, you thrive where things move fast. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll make sure the right orders go out on time, every time, with no excuses and no surprises. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of all stock to facilitate accurate scanning and tracking.
• Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.

Preferred:

• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
• Enjoys solving operational challenges and optimizing systems for scale.
• Capable of supervising, training, and scheduling warehouse staff for different shifts.
• Capable of creating reports and sharing operational insights with senior leadership.
• Experience setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and motivating warehouse teams.
