Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Notion Workspace Organizer to optimize and streamline our team’s workflow through a well-structured digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining well-structured Notion workspaces that are efficient and easy to navigate. You’ll create customized templates, dashboards, and systems that help teams collaborate and stay on top of their tasks. You’ll help integrate Notion with other tools and platforms to ensure a seamless workflow and boost team productivity. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll provide support in integrating Notion with other tools and platforms to create a seamless digital ecosystem. You’ll provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring they understand how to use Notion effectively and efficiently. You’ll ensure that the workspace supports all project phases, from brainstorming and planning to tracking and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with clients or teams to understand their workflow needs, pain points, and priorities before structuring a Notion system.
• Implement databases with filters, relations, rollups, and formulas to enable smart workflows and automation.
• Build reusable, scalable templates with consistent naming conventions, icons, and cover images for better user experience.
• Design and structure efficient Notion workspaces tailored to individual, team, or business needs—using databases, templates, and custom views.
• Create multi-view setups (calendar, table, board, gallery) that cater to different user preferences or roles.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building systems that reduce chaos and help teams focus on what matters.
• Familiar with creating reusable templates for meetings, projects, or team processes.
• Familiar with database views such as tables, boards, calendars, and galleries.
• Capable of explaining workspace structure to new users and creating onboarding guides.
• Open to collaborating with designers, marketers, or operators on workspace setup.
