Description:

We’re hiring a Courier Trainee who’s ready to learn the ins and outs of package delivery using a company vehicle in a structured, logistics-driven environment. You’ll begin by supporting experienced couriers with loading routes, securing cargo, and checking paperwork before departure. You’ll be trained on how to verify recipient identity, collect signatures, and ensure delivery confirmation through mobile tools. You’ll be trained to handle sensitive cargo like business documents, electronics, medical supplies, or legal materials. You’ll help maintain delivery logs, update transport records, and confirm hand-offs with clear signatures and documentation. You’ll gain experience navigating busy city centers while staying calm, focused, and presentable. You’ll help maintain proper handling of sensitive materials — including sealed envelopes, signed forms, and ID-protected items. You’ll communicate with dispatch in real time and notify them of successful deliveries or unexpected delays. You’ll receive training on traffic rules, safety protocols, and what to do in the case of a vehicle issue or delay.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all packages are delivered to the correct address and secured if no one is available.
• Take pride in completing your route with accuracy, care, and a sense of responsibility.
• Keep your workspace—vehicle, bag, or bike—clean and organized throughout the day.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid delays and traffic.
• Maintain a neat, presentable appearance—you're a representative of the company on every stop.

Preferred:

• Can follow instructions from dispatchers, apps, or printed routes without getting overwhelmed.
• Experience making local deliveries for restaurants, stores, offices, or logistics companies.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments where speed, service, and reliability are essential.
• Enjoys being on the move, working outdoors, and managing tasks independently.
• Familiar with using GPS apps and route-planning tools to ensure timely deliveries.
