Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and resourceful Remote Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. You’ll manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll ensure that all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives. You’ll help develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Suggest process improvements and tech tools to streamline sourcing, screening, or scheduling.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, providing updates and prompt responses to questions.
• Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
• Partner with DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Adapt recruiting tactics based on the role—whether it’s tech, design, marketing, operations, or customer support.

Preferred:

• Organized with structured pipelines, sourcing strategies, and follow-up cadences.
• Willing to support employer branding by helping create posts or materials for social channels.
• Comfortable writing compelling job descriptions and posting them across various channels.
• Experience coordinating with hiring teams, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote environments where communication and initiative are key.
