Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who thrives in a remote, async-first team where clear writing, calm structure, and self-discipline matter more than meetings. You’ll work on real marketing tasks — campaign prep, analytics, content, and research — all through task boards, not Zoom calls. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll learn to prioritize without someone over your shoulder, manage your time across multiple projects, and ask smart questions early. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and product team — and start to see how marketing touches every part of the business. You’ll help update content calendars, optimize blog posts, tag data in reports, and maybe even rewrite a headline that lands better. You’ll learn to keep 10 tabs open, take notes while listening, and quietly ask “wait — which brand is this again? You’ll test subject lines, check links, and celebrate when your copy edit improves the clickthrough rate. You’ll get training on tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Canva, and more — and yes, you’ll use them daily.
Basic Qualifications:
- Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.
- Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and target audience preferences.
- Support day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, and content platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, or reviews on social media with a helpful and brand-consistent voice.
Preferred:
- Understands how to use tools like Bitly, Buffer, or Notion for campaign coordination.
- Comfortable writing or editing marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, or social media posts.
- Familiar with organizing marketing assets and maintaining a content calendar.
- Able to help prepare marketing reports with insights from traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Open to learning how to use ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
Benefits:
- Access to tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva Pro, Buffer, Mailchimp, and Notion — all covered.
- Work remotely and support real campaigns that reach thousands — not just sit on the sidelines.
- You’ll assist with content calendars, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO tasks, and reporting — real marketing, not just admin work.
- We celebrate clever subject lines, data insights, and posts that get actual engagement.
- Every published post, campaign report, or landing page you help optimize makes a real impact.
You’ll communicate with designers, writers, and ad specialists, even if you’re not an expert in their tools (yet). You’ll receive feedback that’s thoughtful, written, and aimed at helping you grow — not just fix things. You’ll watch strategy unfold in real time and slowly start to see where your own skills fit into the bigger picture. You’ll take feedback well, ask smart questions, and speak up when something doesn’t look right. You’ll receive feedback often, and you’ll learn to love it, because every edit is a step closer to mastery. You’ll build discipline, digital maturity, and quiet confidence that you can take into any role afterward. This isn’t about running someone’s Instagram — it’s about learning how strategy, content, and data work together to drive results. If you work best with checklists, long blocks of focus time, and clear written feedback — you’ll love how we work here. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
