Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage our audience. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll stay ahead of social media trends and implement new tactics to keep our presence fresh and engaging. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments or direct messages, fostering a strong online community. You’ll manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, cost-effective, and drive measurable results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write engaging, brand-aligned captions that spark conversation and keep followers coming back.
• Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators to repurpose content or run co-branded promotions.
• Develop platform-specific strategies—what works on TikTok doesn’t always work on LinkedIn.
• Ultimately, turn followers into fans, fans into customers, and customers into a community.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, or video editors to produce high-quality social media assets (posts, stories, reels, carousels).

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Community Director.
• Knows how to analyze engagement metrics and adjust content to improve performance.
• Able to create storyboards or briefs for designers and video editors.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Values creativity, clarity, and consistency in brand voice and visuals.
