Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create visually compelling designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing digital content, including social media posts, web elements, and email marketing materials. You’ll design a wide range of assets, including websites, social media graphics, print materials, and presentations. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll produce designs that engage and captivate audiences, ensuring a strong visual presence across multiple channels. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll collaborate with the content team to produce visual elements that enhance messaging and storytelling across all media. You’ll work on designing both static and interactive assets for websites, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while communicating progress clearly to remote teams.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product, or content teams to turn briefs into polished designs that communicate clearly.

Preferred:

• Understands the role of design in storytelling, branding, and customer engagement.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
• Understands the basics of UX/UI if working on digital product teams.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
