Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized E-commerce Assistant to support our online store’s daily operations and growth. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and properly stocked across all platforms. You’ll support the marketing team in implementing online promotions, sales events, and product launch campaigns. You’ll assist with customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll help optimize product pages for better user experience and increased conversion rates. You’ll generate sales reports and analyze product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.
• Monitor product inventory, flag low-stock items, and help manage restocking schedules or product discontinuations.
• Be flexible and ready to help with anything from uploading a new product to chasing a supplier for tracking info.
• Assist with adding, updating, and managing product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.
• Assist with order issues such as refunds, returns, or damaged items—ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to product accuracy, category structure, and variant organization.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
• Understands basic e-commerce operations including inventory updates, shipping settings, and product tagging.
• Can help prepare product launches, manage SKUs, and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment services.
• Organized and detail-oriented with daily checklists for shop maintenance tasks.
