We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can bring fresh, viral content to life with just a few clicks. This isn’t about just throwing together clips — it’s about curating, editing, and crafting content that resonates with Instagram’s audience. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and fine-tuning Reels that stand out in the feed and bring our brand’s personality to life. If you’re someone who keeps up with the latest trends, soundbites, and visual effects, you’ll be right at home here. Whether you're working with existing footage or creating fresh content, you’ll need to bring a creative twist to every video. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to produce high-quality, engaging content quickly while staying on top of the latest trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile apps to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.
• Adjust editing style to fit various niches—from fashion to education to humor.
• Repurpose content from longer videos (YouTube, TikTok) into digestible Reels without losing meaning.
• Keep files organized by project and version for easy updates and archiving.

Preferred:

• Able to format content properly for mobile-first consumption and high-quality output.
• Can generate creative video concepts based on trends or client briefs.
• Able to repurpose existing content into compelling Reels with a fresh twist.
• Knows how to use text overlays, captions, and effects to enhance viewer retention.
• Basic understanding of copyright and using royalty-free or licensed music.
