We’re offering a receptionist trainee role for someone who’s ready to grow their confidence and gain experience in a professional office setting. You’ll start by learning the essentials — answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing daily front desk routines. You’ll learn to handle multiple incoming calls, transfer them accurately, and speak with a tone that builds trust. You’ll answer phones, take clear messages, and transfer calls smoothly — even during busy hours. You’ll assist with organizing files, updating spreadsheets, and keeping digital records accurate and secure. You’ll observe how to communicate professionally by email, phone, and in person — and you’ll practice doing it yourself. You’ll get comfortable using office equipment like printers, scanners, and phone systems. You’ll learn how to manage time, stay calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks during the busy parts of the day. We’ll guide you through best practices in customer service, tone of voice, and how to handle tricky or awkward situations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Adapt to changing schedules, requests, or priorities without missing a beat.

Preferred:

- Familiar with coordinating service vendors, facility maintenance requests, or catering for meetings.
- Comfortable managing appointments, calendars, and visitor logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willing to support HR, operations, or executive assistants with light clerical tasks when available.
