Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to design high-impact visual assets that align with our overall brand strategy. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll assist in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and design functionality. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work within timelines, budgets, and file specs without compromising on design integrity.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product, or content teams to turn briefs into polished designs that communicate clearly.
• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.
• Support brand evolution by testing new styles or visuals and proposing updates when appropriate.

Preferred:

• Has a portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Organized with file naming, version control, and delivering assets on time.

You’ll produce final designs, preparing them for digital publishing, printing, and other uses as needed. You’ll create designs that resonate with our audience, ensuring that every visual element helps tell a compelling brand story. You’ll provide the team with high-quality final assets, ensuring that designs are ready for print or digital distribution. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working with a creative and dynamic team.
