Description:

We’re looking for a talented remote Graphic Designer to join our team and create innovative, high-quality designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing digital content, including social media posts, web elements, and email marketing materials. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and channels, creating a cohesive brand experience. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll stay ahead of design trends and incorporate modern, relevant visuals into your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.
• Design landing pages, mockups, or wireframes when needed, even if you’re not owning the full UX flow.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.
• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.
• Stay on top of visual trends, platform standards, and competitor creative—so your work is fresh, modern, and high-performing.

Preferred:

• Willing to collaborate closely with marketing, product, or content teams remotely.
• Understands the role of design in storytelling, branding, and customer engagement.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.
