We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who blends strategy with empathy and knows that every sale starts with a conversation — not a pitch. You’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but finds opportunities, follows up like a pro, and adapts your approach to fit the person on the other end of the call. You’ll handle discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and tailor solutions that make sense — not just for quotas, but for people. You’re proactive, highly organized, and know how to keep momentum going without coming off as pushy. You’re self-motivated, organized, and thrive in environments where you’re trusted to manage your own time and performance. CRMs, sales funnels, and follow-up flows are part of your natural workflow, and you’re not afraid to experiment with new outreach strategies or messaging angles. You’ll partner closely with our internal teams to provide customer feedback, improve materials, and make sure we’re aligned on who we’re serving and how.
Basic Qualifications:
- Provide support during onboarding if needed—making sure the client feels like they made the right decision.
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
- Stay on top of trends in the industry to keep your pitch relevant and sharp.
- Share feedback from prospects with the product team to help shape feature development or positioning.
- Track your own performance honestly and ask for help when you hit a wall—no ego, just growth.

- Experience writing sales emails or creating proposals tailored to potential clients.
