We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help build our startup’s online presence from scratch — no experience needed, just bold ideas and serious initiative. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to turn ideas into emails that get opened and articles that get read. We’ll teach you how to structure newsletters, write engaging subject lines, and craft CTAs that drive clicks without sounding pushy. You’ll learn the basics of SEO, formatting for readability, and how to build trust through long-form content. Expect to draft newsletters, blog posts, case study outlines, and product updates — all in a clear, confident voice. You’ll learn what makes a reel go viral, how to study analytics, and how to create repeatable formats that feel personal. We’ll show you how to speak to pain points, build trust, and write copy that turns readers into clients, not just followers. You’ll get feedback from marketers, founders, and subject-matter experts who want to help you grow, not just delegate work. You’ll study what works on LinkedIn — from personal storytelling to thought leadership — and adapt it to our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write captions, headlines, and calls to action that feel natural, not robotic.
• Own your results, celebrate the wins, and learn fast from the misses.
• Manage blog content, newsletters, and long-form pieces when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring campaigns to life.
• Bring data to creative meetings and creative thinking to data meetings.

Preferred:

• Able to run A/B tests and optimize content for better engagement or conversion.
• Familiar with influencer outreach, user-generated content strategies, or brand partnerships.
• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with measurable goals.
• Experience creating and managing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Open to running webinars, newsletters, giveaways, or digital events to boost engagement.
