Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee who’s excited about building clean, responsive, and accessible web interfaces — no experience required, just solid HTML/CSS skills and a willingness to grow. You’ll work closely with designers to translate mockups into code that looks, feels, and functions exactly as intended. We’ll teach you how to add transitions, hover effects, microinteractions, and scroll-based animations using modern tools like Framer Motion or GSAP. You’ll work with real designers to implement layouts that adapt beautifully — from wide desktops to tiny phones. You’ll start with static pages and gradually move into API-connected components, dynamic routing, and interactive UI elements. You’ll learn how to use Git properly, write clean pull requests, and review code with clarity and respect. You’ll learn how to manage responsiveness across breakpoints, support dark mode, and ensure layouts hold up under real content. You’ll gain experience working in structured codebases, committing with clarity, and following branching and review workflows. You’ll also learn how to use tools like Vite, ESLint, Prettier, and how to debug like a real dev (not just refresh endlessly).

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Git daily and get comfortable with branches, merges, and fixing the occasional merge mess.
• Help QA teammates and respond quickly to reported bugs or UI issues.
• Support accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices even if you're still mastering them.
• Tackle small features or tickets first, then grow into larger pieces of the app.
• Fix layout bugs, polish animations, and make sure everything looks great on all screen sizes.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with design systems or translating Figma/Sketch mockups into code.
• Knows basic accessibility (a11y) standards and best practices (e.g. keyboard navigation, ARIA).
• Willing to pair program, receive code reviews, and contribute to Git pull requests.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
