Description:
We’re looking for a trainee eager to explore the intersection of psychology, coaching, and personal development — no degrees needed, just empathy, curiosity, and a growth mindset. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to learn the basics of cognitive-behavioral frameworks, habit building, and mindset coaching. You’ll learn to spot cognitive distortions, defense mechanisms, and patterns that keep people stuck. You’ll support the tracking of progress and help turn breakthroughs into actionable next steps. We’ll guide you in developing your own communication and listening skills through roleplay and real feedback. You’ll also help design daily routines, affirmations, and productivity tools that clients can use between sessions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Adapt your communication style to suit different personalities, cultures, and learning types.
- Prepare tailored content, slides, or exercises ahead of sessions.
- Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
- Respond to client questions, challenges, or breakthroughs between sessions if appropriate.
- Balance motivation with realism—help clients dream big but plan smart.
Preferred:
- Pays attention to body language, tone, and emotional cues to offer deeper insight and support.
- Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
- Organized in maintaining session records, progress tracking, and follow-up systems.
- Familiar with common challenges in modern life: burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or lack of purpose.
- Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
Benefits:
- No pressure to promise outcomes — we believe in progress, not perfection.
- Whether it's therapy, coaching, or training — your voice will be heard and valued.
- Your work transforms lives — one insight, one session, one shift at a time.
- You’ll be encouraged to bring your personality, humor, and intuition into your practice.
- Your ideas can shape how we help others — new programs, formats, or group work included.
We’ll introduce you to tools like the Wheel of Life, SMART goals, and strengths-based coaching. You’ll practice crafting your own exercises and slowly take part in co-leading segments of coaching experiences. We’ll encourage you to explore your own habits, thoughts, and behaviors as part of your growth as a coach. We’ll support your own self-development journey, too — you’ll grow as a coach by first growing as a person. This is perfect for compassionate, intuitive people who feel called to help others overcome limiting beliefs and step into change. By the end, you’ll understand how coaching supports growth — not by giving answers, but by asking the right questions. You’ll leave with a toolkit of practical methods and the inner confidence to start guiding others with purpose. If helping people become their best selves inspires you — this could be the beginning of a meaningful career path.
