Description:

We’re hiring a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s passionate about storytelling, sound, and visuals — no professional experience needed, just creativity, drive, and a love for content in motion. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to turn raw footage into cohesive narratives, with pacing, flow, and emotional resonance. You’ll help organize shoot days, prep audio setups, adjust lighting, and assist with camera operation or direction. Expect to work across content types: music videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes reels, vlogs, and branded content. You’ll learn how to use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, or Logic Pro — we’ll train you step by step. We’ll guide you through layering music with visuals and using sound to create rhythm, tension, or energy. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll also help repurpose content, creating cutdowns, teasers, and platform-specific versions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all creative follows copyright, licensing, and usage standards, especially for music or third-party assets.
• Plan and manage the full production process for content—whether it’s a video series, podcast, or branded track.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, trailers, or highlight reels across channels.
• Support talent on-set or in-studio by keeping the vibe positive and the vision clear.

Preferred:

• Familiar with planning, scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or recording sessions.
• Comfortable balancing creative vision with timelines, budgets, and platform-specific requirements.
• Enjoys building engaging content that entertains, educates, or emotionally connects with audiences.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
• Can support social content, educational formats, short-form media, or long-form storytelling.
