Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our gig listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum exposure and success. You’ll manage and create gigs, making sure each one is appealing, well-structured, and aligned with Fiverr’s best practices. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll monitor competitors, staying ahead of market trends and making recommendations for new services or gig improvements. You’ll help design promotional strategies, including seasonal offers, discount campaigns, and gig boosts to increase exposure. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Monitor Fiverr algorithm changes and update gigs accordingly to maintain visibility and relevance.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.
• Collect and display reviews, testimonials, or portfolio pieces that build trust and credibility.
• Help with upsells and cross-sells by identifying buyer needs and suggesting relevant services.

Preferred:

• Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Can help manage client communication across time zones with timely responses.
• Can analyze top-performing competitors and apply strategies without copying.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized dashboard, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
