We’re hiring a Reception Manager who understands that the front desk is more than a desk — it’s the heartbeat of the workplace. You’ll lead the front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. From greeting clients to coordinating room bookings, your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and welcoming. You’ll oversee and elevate the performance of front desk staff, ensuring every guest is met with grace and efficiency. Each day, you’ll oversee guest flow, incoming calls, courier traffic, meeting room readiness, and general coordination with a graceful touch. You’ll schedule staff, monitor performance, and step in when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly. No request is too small or too unusual — your mindset is “How can I help? You’ll create protocols, improve systems, and train your team to uphold a standard that feels seamless and exceptional. The lobby isn’t just a space — under your leadership, it becomes a curated experience of order, comfort, and brand identity.
Basic Qualifications:
- Manage internal communication flow—sharing updates with reception staff and relaying feedback to HR or leadership as needed.
- Ultimately, set the tone for the entire workplace by making the front desk not just functional—but exceptional.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and health policies—especially in high-traffic or public-facing areas.
- Liaise with building management, vendors, or facility teams to report maintenance issues or coordinate front desk improvements.
- Act as the first point of contact for building access, visitor badges, deliveries, and meeting room coordination.
Preferred:
- Can prepare daily reports, visitor logs, and communication updates for leadership or operations.
- Able to resolve client or guest concerns quickly while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented tone.
- Experienced in working with maintenance, security, or facilities teams for smooth coordination.
- Open to supporting internal events, meetings, and team logistics if needed.
- Knows how to train team members on etiquette, crisis protocols, and tech tools used at the desk.
