Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Remote HR Coordinator to help manage the administrative side of our human resources department. You’ll manage job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for every new team member. You’ll be the point of contact for employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and career development. You’ll handle administrative tasks like maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and supporting payroll processes. You’ll help track employee data, manage attendance, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You’ll assist with employee development programs, helping to organize training sessions and performance reviews. You’ll be an advocate for a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and addressing concerns as they arise. You’ll coordinate internal communications and act as the point of contact for all HR-related questions. You’ll track and report on key HR metrics, using data to improve and refine our processes and operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Assist with remote learning initiatives by coordinating access to training platforms, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Support day-to-day HR operations remotely, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management in HRIS tools like BambooHR, Gusto, or Deel.
- Help update and manage employee databases, internal directories, and Slack channels based on team changes.
- Help create a positive, inclusive remote work culture—because HR isn't just admin, it's how people experience the company.
- Respond to Slack, email, or ticket-based inquiries quickly and clearly—remote employees rely on timely info.
Preferred:
- Proactive about solving small issues before they become bigger problems.
- Understands confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive information securely.
- Experience organizing virtual events like welcome calls, team introductions, or training sessions.
- Wants to contribute to a culture where employees feel supported and set up for success.
- Can manage calendars, send timely reminders, and help facilitate smooth interview flows.
