Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who approaches every problem with curiosity, clarity, and a strong belief that design should make people’s lives easier — not more complicated. You’re someone who gets excited about clean flows, intuitive interfaces, and elegant interactions that feel almost invisible when done right. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant solutions that scale. Whether you’re mapping user journeys, prototyping interactive flows, or refining UI components, you’re always thinking holistically about how design impacts the full product experience. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You bring a mix of big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect execution, balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, and the realities of timelines without sacrificing design integrity. You know how to give and receive feedback like a pro, and you believe the best ideas often come from collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Support brand evolution by aligning product visuals with marketing and identity guidelines.
- Stay organized, manage priorities across multiple features, and meet deadlines without losing quality.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, making sure current sprints don’t compromise future scalability.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and smoothly.
- Contribute to strategic discussions around product direction, user needs, and design impact.
Preferred:
- Familiar with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI structures.
- Can create clear user flows, journey maps, and interaction logic.
- Understands basic HTML/CSS or has experience working closely with developers.
- Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excited to work on end-to-end product experiences from ideation to delivery.
Benefits:
- Flexible hours — flow state doesn't punch a timecard.
- Weekly design critiques that are constructive, not crushing.
- You’ll always have room to learn, push back, and try wild ideas.
- We believe good design = good business, and we’ll back you up in meetings.
- We prototype fast, test fast, and iterate — no eternal Figma limbo.
You know that motion and interaction design aren’t nice-to-haves — they’re essential tools to guide and delight users. You’re comfortable working in sprints, refining MVPs, and designing within constraints while still pushing for excellence. You're familiar with accessibility standards, responsive design, and building for performance — because design isn't finished until it works for *everyone*. You balance creativity with usability, and you never let trendy visuals get in the way of functional clarity. If you’ve ever said, “What’s the goal here? ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
