Description:

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to support our team in creating and executing effective email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for writing email copy that is persuasive, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging and goals. You’ll assist with designing email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for all devices. You’ll assist with building and segmenting email lists to target the right audience with personalized content. You’ll track and report on email performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future campaigns. You’ll assist with the implementation of A/B testing to optimize subject lines, messaging, and design for better results. You’ll collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and visually consistent across devices. You’ll monitor email deliverability, ensuring that emails reach inboxes and do not end up in spam folders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Use tools like Canva or Figma to quickly create simple graphics or banners for email content when needed.
• Help design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive and accessible across devices.
• Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and link functionality before scheduling any emails—mistakes happen, but not on your watch.
• Balance speed with accuracy—emails move fast, but every click depends on getting it right.

Preferred:

• Comfortable creating and formatting newsletters, campaign emails, and automated flows.
• Comfortable using Canva or other tools to design basic banners or visuals for emails.
• Familiar with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or Brevo (Sendinblue).
• Excited to support campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Knows how to optimize send times and segment campaigns by audience behavior.

You’ll maintain a content calendar, ensuring that all email campaigns are scheduled, optimized, and launched on time. You’ll provide regular reports on email campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data and feedback.
