Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist Trainee to help us write newsletters, blog posts, and website content — no experience required, just a love for clear writing and digital communication. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn raw ideas, voice notes, and outlines into short-form content that connects and converts. We’ll teach you how to script hooks, structure carousels, and repurpose live content into reels, stories, and posts. You’ll help write captions, schedule content, brainstorm campaigns, and experiment with different formats like Reels, stories, carousels, and short videos. You’ll help manage a content calendar, prep visuals, add subtitles, test titles, and track what performs — all hands-on. We’ll show you how to write with tone, clarity, and purpose — and how to adapt for different audiences and platforms. Expect to participate in content shoots, help create briefs, and work with designers, video editors, and other creatives. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). You’ll study what works on LinkedIn — from personal storytelling to thought leadership — and adapt it to our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage blog content, newsletters, and long-form pieces when needed.
• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.
• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Analyze post performance and tweak strategy based on what’s resonating (or flopping).
• Jump on trends while they’re still hot—but make them make sense for our brand.

Preferred:

• Organized in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval workflows across teams.
• Pays attention to trends, hashtags, and emerging content styles that improve visibility.
• Can plan, track, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
• Knows how to perform audience research and adapt messaging for different target segments.
