Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s excited to try a little bit of everything — because in a startup, that’s exactly what you’ll do. You’ll support our marketing team with research, content updates, campaign tracking, and a whole lot of Google Sheets. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll sit in on brainstorms, pitch a few ideas, and then help turn them into assets, timelines, and posts that go live. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and product team — and start to see how marketing touches every part of the business. You’ll help prepare reports, update spreadsheets, organize marketing calendars, and catch mistakes that others might miss. You’ll learn to keep 10 tabs open, take notes while listening, and quietly ask “wait — which brand is this again? ” until it clicks. You’ll keep things tidy — folders, filenames, Airtable tabs — because digital chaos helps no one.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help manage and grow email lists, segment audiences, and prepare email campaigns with clean formatting and working links.
• Track ad budgets and assist in invoice reconciliation, ensuring spending stays aligned with campaign plans.
• Respond to comments, DMs, or reviews on social media with a helpful and brand-consistent voice.
• Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.
• Organize creative assets, brand templates, and campaign calendars so the marketing team stays organized and aligned.

Preferred:

• Thrives in dynamic, feedback-rich, and fast-moving digital environments.
• Can assist in researching keywords, hashtags, or trending topics relevant to campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, email, social media, and paid ads.
• Can handle basic editing tasks such as cropping images, resizing graphics, or inserting copy into templates.
• Comfortable helping with online events, webinars, or product launches.
