Description:
We’re looking for Construction Worker Trainees to join our interior and exterior finishing crew — no experience required, just a careful hand, good attitude, and willingness to learn every day. You’ll be working on real projects: apartments, stairwells, offices, new buildings — learning how to finish surfaces that people actually live and work in. You’ll follow instructions, respect safety rules, and work with a team that counts on each other to get the job done right. You’ll be trained by skilled finishers who know their craft and will show you how to work neatly, evenly, and with pride in your result. You’ll show up on time, stay alert, and know that even small tasks — sweeping, measuring, moving materials — keep the project moving. You’ll learn how to work with your hands, your eyes, and your level — because finishing work isn’t just muscle, it’s precision. You’ll build your strength, your confidence, and your rhythm — learning when to push and when to slow down to stay safe and focused. You’ll be part of a crew that values respect over experience — if you listen, try, and care about the work, you’ll earn your place quickly. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take correction well, and never pretend to know something you don’t — that’s how real tradespeople grow.
Basic Qualifications:
- Follow all safety protocols—wearing PPE (hard hats, gloves, boots, goggles) and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
- Participate in ongoing training for certifications like OSHA, flagging, or equipment operation if required.
- Read basic blueprints or diagrams to understand layouts and support accurate construction progress.
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with crane or heavy equipment operators safely and clearly.
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, or barricades as needed to support site operations.
Preferred:
- Capable of helping load and unload materials, tools, and debris as needed.
- Experience working on construction sites performing tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, or assisting tradespeople.
- Able to report hazards or damaged tools to supervisors quickly and responsibly.
- Able to follow blueprints or verbal instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Open to rotating between tasks such as measuring, cutting, mixing, or setting up structures.
Benefits:
- You’ll never be left guessing — we communicate openly and directly.
- No two days are the same — new challenges, new skills, new wins.
- Work outdoors, stay active, and skip the gym — this is real-world fitness.
- Work boots worn in, not worn out — that’s how we measure experience.
- Clear path to grow — from laborer to foreman, we promote from within.
You’ll work outside, in the cold, in the heat, and sometimes in the mud — but you’ll go home knowing you did something useful, visible, and real. You’ll help build homes, offices, walls, fences, foundations — and feel the pride of pointing to something solid and saying, “I helped build that. The first few days might feel tough, but that’s how you grow strong — in body and mindset. You’ll gain habits that matter in every trade: showing up on time, cleaning your tools, respecting your crew, and not cutting corners. You’ll take pride in seeing your contributions take shape — knowing your effort made a real impact. You’ll leave each shift with something visible done: a wall smoothed, a tile set, a floor painted, and your name behind the finish. This is a chance to trade screen time for skill building — to learn with your hands and grow into real responsibility. If you’re ready to put down the phone, pick up the tools, and build something that lasts — we’re ready to show you how. If you’re ready to start building a career you can stand on — this is where it begins.
