Description:

We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who’s part strategist, part communicator, and 100% relationship-builder. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and connecting with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience. Your job is part researcher, part communicator, and part brand ambassador — all done remotely and on your schedule. You’ll research creators' content, tone, and community to ensure a natural fit before reaching out. You’ll keep a clear pipeline of contacts, follow-ups, confirmed partnerships, and pending deals. You’ll be responsible for managing conversations, negotiating terms, and making sure influencers feel supported throughout the campaign. You’ll write briefs that are clear and respectful of creators’ time, while still aligned with brand goals. You’ll coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and deliverables. You’ll negotiate terms, clarify deliverables, and ensure expectations are crystal clear from day one.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.
• Assist with writing compelling, benefit-driven product descriptions that convert, using clear formatting and SEO keywords.
• Track and manage review requests or import reviews using apps like Loox or Judge.me to boost credibility.
• Keep tabs on competitor stores, trends, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Handle small tasks as needed—creating discount banners, updating announcements, or assisting during peak sales periods.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or AutoDS for product sourcing and fulfillment.
• Able to write persuasive product descriptions optimized for SEO and conversions.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage product data or order tracking.
• Can assist with writing promotional copy or planning small campaigns.
• Basic understanding of how dropshipping works, from supplier to customer delivery.
