Description:

We’re hiring a creative and talented Motion Designer to join our team and craft visually compelling animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for videos, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop animations that align with brand aesthetics and messaging. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll ensure that all animations are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with video editors and content creators to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video content. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback—refining timing, easing, and visual rhythm for polish and clarity.
• Assist with animated content for product launches, webinars, ads, and social campaigns.
• Balance creativity with deadlines—deliver visually impressive work without slowing down the production pipeline.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.
• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.

Preferred:

• Interested in experimenting with new tools, styles, and animation trends.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.
• Familiar with sound design basics or syncing motion to music, voiceovers, or SFX.
• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.
• Understands how to render and export videos in proper formats and resolutions.

You’ll help maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring that files are correctly labeled and easy to access for the team. You’ll stay up to date with new software updates, techniques, and industry trends to keep your skills sharp and innovative. You’ll maintain organized project files and assets, making it easy for the team to collaborate and access resources. This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to contribute to projects from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team.
