Basic Qualifications:
- Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
- Craft personalized outreach that shows you did your homework, not just copy-paste outreach.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects who aren’t ready now but may convert later.
- Keep a human-first mindset: people buy from people they trust, not scripts.
