Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator for technical support — ideal for someone who’s patient, tech-savvy, and able to explain solutions clearly to customers of all levels. You’ll answer calls from policyholders, patients, or providers regarding claims, benefits, coverage, and appointment scheduling. You’ll use web-based tools and scripts to assist with questions, resolve complaints, or guide customers through common processes. You’ll be trained online in customer service best practices, software systems, and workflow procedures. You’ll be responsible for managing your time, logging hours, and keeping call notes accurate and up to date after each interaction. You’ll meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, conversions completed, and qualified leads generated. You’ll follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, or abandoned carts depending on the project. You’ll handle rejection professionally, using it as motivation to refine your pitch and keep moving forward. You’ll report trends or service gaps so the team can improve support and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on requests, surveys, appointments, or service updates.
• Meet daily or weekly call volume, resolution, and satisfaction targets.
• Stay up to date on product changes, promotions, and system updates through regular briefings.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with questions or concerns.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep personal workstations tidy and secure.

Preferred:

• Understands data privacy policies, call recording compliance, and the importance of confidentiality.
• Background or interest in customer service, sales, help desk, or support roles.
• Willing to handle various communication channels including phone, email, or live chat if required.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a customer service, support, or sales environment.
• Familiar with performance metrics such as average handle time (AHT), first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
