Description:

We’re hiring a creative and talented Motion Designer to join our team and craft visually compelling animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics for various media, including digital ads, videos, and web content. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop animation concepts that align with brand strategy and messaging. You’ll animate everything from logos and icons to full-length video sequences, ensuring they are visually compelling and cohesive. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to brand visuals and promotional content. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll help bring static designs to life, using animation techniques to add excitement, emotion, and energy to content. You’ll assist in the development of video campaigns, using motion graphics to support storytelling and drive engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt motion style to fit different tones—professional and minimal for enterprise, fun and bouncy for Gen Z, or bold and cinematic for storytelling.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and pitch visual ideas that enhance storytelling or engagement.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to animate product flows, app interactions, or onboarding screens for better user experience.
• Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines—colors, fonts, pacing, tone—while still pushing creative boundaries.

Preferred:

• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Background or interest in animation, visual storytelling, or graphic design.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.
• Organized with project timelines, revisions, and file versioning.
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

You’ll ensure that all assets are organized and properly named for easy collaboration across the team. You’ll contribute creative ideas and feedback to enhance the overall design and animation process. You’ll ensure that animations are visually consistent with the brand identity and maintain a high standard of design quality. This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to contribute to projects from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team.
