Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing gig content, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals, to attract potential clients. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll help design promotional strategies, including seasonal offers, discount campaigns, and gig boosts to increase exposure. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll update the gig regularly, ensuring it remains fresh, competitive, and aligned with current market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Collect and display reviews, testimonials, or portfolio pieces that build trust and credibility.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, turning casual questions into confirmed orders.
• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.

Preferred:

• Familiar with Fiverr analytics tools and can monitor impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
• Open to collaborating with service providers (designers, writers, editors, etc.) to refine deliverables.
• Comfortable writing clear, compelling gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs.
• Knows how to adjust pricing, delivery times, or package options to align with demand.
• Can design gig thumbnails and banners that attract clicks and reflect the brand.

You’ll assist with promotions, limited-time offers, and boosting gigs to increase exposure and attract new clients. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work independently and grow the Fiverr profile at your own pace.
