Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee to help turn Figma designs into functional, pixel-perfect components — no experience required, just attention to detail and solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JS. You’ll work on interfaces that don’t just work — they feel good, flow naturally, and leave an impression. We’ll guide you through our stack, show you how we structure code, and help you understand how frontend connects with design and backend logic. You’ll get hands-on with design systems — learning how to build and maintain buttons, inputs, cards, and layouts that scale. You’ll start with static pages and gradually move into API-connected components, dynamic routing, and interactive UI elements. We’ll show you how to test on mobile devices, emulate screen sizes, and debug issues in responsive breakpoints. You’ll learn how to manage responsiveness across breakpoints, support dark mode, and ensure layouts hold up under real content. You’ll gain hands-on experience writing clean HTML/CSS/JS, structuring components, and organizing code that’s easy to maintain and scale. We’ll guide you on performance tuning, cross-browser quirks, and how to handle "it looks different on Safari" like a pro.

Basic Qualifications:

• Improve pages based on real user feedback, not just your own screen.
• Celebrate shipping things—even if it’s “just” a tiny fix, it matters.
• Learn by doing, failing, asking, and trying again—this role is about growth.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to performance optimization, lazy loading, and image handling in web apps.
• Comfortable using CSS methodologies like BEM, utility-first frameworks (e.g. Tailwind), or pre-processors like SASS.
