Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that great partnerships start with great communication. You’ll be responsible for sourcing influencers who match our niche, vibe, and campaign objectives — from micro to macro. Your job is part researcher, part communicator, and part brand ambassador — all done remotely and on your schedule. You’ll send tailored outreach messages that reflect our brand’s tone and respect the creator’s craft. You’ll craft personalized outreach messages that stand out in crowded inboxes and feel human, not robotic. You’ll follow up like a pro, using tact and timing to stay top of mind without being pushy. You’ll manage back-and-forth comms, finalize agreements, and ensure each collaboration is smooth from intro to delivery. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to make sure influencer content aligns with the brand’s tone and timing. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.
• Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva to create banners, social content, and product visuals.
• Track and manage review requests or import reviews using apps like Loox or Judge.me to boost credibility.
• Treat each order and message like it matters—because in dropshipping, experience is everything.
• Monitor customer inquiries and respond promptly to build trust and reduce refunds or disputes.

Preferred:

• Can assist with writing promotional copy or planning small campaigns.
• Organized with task tracking, daily checklists, and regular performance reviews.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Knows how to research trending products and analyze market demand.
• Open to learning new tools, marketplaces, and automation workflows.
