We’re on the hunt for a WordPress Assistant who’s part tech-savvy problem solver, part content perfectionist. You’ve probably helped launch sites, fix bugs, update content, and troubleshoot the occasional plugin meltdown — all without breaking a sweat. Whether it’s formatting blog posts, adjusting page layouts, or keeping themes and plugins up to date, you bring structure and consistency to the chaos. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’ve got a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and can confidently tweak a widget or fix a layout glitch when needed. Maybe you’ve migrated a few sites, optimized image sizes, or set up contact forms that *actually* work. You understand the value of keeping plugins updated, themes organized, and the media library free of chaos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in creating landing pages or blog layouts that are responsive and match branding guidelines.
• Be ready to jump in for small urgent tasks—fixing a typo, updating a banner, or swapping out a broken link.
• Communicate with hosting providers or domain registrars when needed to resolve issues or adjust settings.
• Assist in building and updating WordPress sites using themes, plugins, and custom settings—no need to reinvent the wheel, just make it clean and functional.
• Monitor site speed and help implement optimizations like lazy loading, minified assets, and caching strategies.

Preferred:

• Enjoys working in a remote environment and supporting others with their websites.
• Follows instructions carefully and documents changes when editing live sites.
• Familiar with simple HTML/CSS edits or willing to learn through guided tasks.
• Can assist with uploading products, managing WooCommerce listings, or organizing pages.
• Knows how to search documentation or community forums to solve common WordPress issues.
