Description:

We’re seeking a Film Director who can lead projects with vision, discipline, and emotional intelligence — someone who sees film not just as entertainment, but as impact, language, and experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative direction of each production, guiding it from early ideation through final delivery. We expect you to collaborate closely with writers, cinematographers, production designers, and editors to ensure visual and thematic coherence. You’ll guide performances on set, bringing out depth, tension, and truth from both seasoned actors and emerging talent. You’ll work closely with DPs and production designers to craft a distinct visual style that enhances the narrative without overpowering it. Your creative direction will influence everything from costume design to lighting tone to soundscape strategy. You’ll participate in location scouting, storyboard development, and visual references that shape pre-production planning. On set, you’ll lead with clarity and calm, navigating the realities of tight schedules without compromising creative intent. Post-production will include close work with editors and sound designers to ensure that pacing, tone, and structure stay aligned with your vision.
