Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and increasing engagement with our audience. You’ll create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage our audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll run social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions and sponsored posts, to expand our reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all posts follow brand voice, tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards (alt text, readable fonts, etc.).
• Experiment with new formats like polls, AMAs, or carousels to boost engagement and test what resonates.
• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely content that’s both relevant and on-brand.
• Be the internal advocate for social—educate teams on what performs well and why social content matters.

Preferred:

• Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, or performance to stakeholders.
• Able to create storyboards or briefs for designers and video editors.
• Background or interest in marketing, communications, branding, or digital media.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Understands how to create platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior.
