Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to design high-impact visual assets that align with our overall brand strategy. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll produce designs that engage and captivate audiences, ensuring a strong visual presence across multiple channels. You’ll design logos, icons, and other visual elements that are easily recognizable and help strengthen the brand’s presence. You’ll assist with designing promotional materials like flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring they reflect our visual style. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Stay on top of visual trends, platform standards, and competitor creative—so your work is fresh, modern, and high-performing.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.
• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.
• Communicate async via tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, or Loom—remote design is about clarity, not just creativity.

Preferred:

• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
• Values clarity, creativity, and strategy in design work.
• Comfortable working with feedback, iterating, and refining design concepts.
• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
