We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll oversee the journey of our products from point A to point B with minimal friction. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You’ll track and resolve any shipping issues, working with relevant stakeholders to address delays or discrepancies. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Resolve issues like damaged goods, shipment errors, or customs holds through quick, effective communication and documentation.
• Keep digital files organized, backup records secure, and processes well-documented for training and handoffs.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Work with freight forwarders, courier services, or 3PL providers to compare rates, arrange transportation, and manage logistics costs.

Preferred:

• Understands the basics of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Can resolve delivery issues, delays, or damaged goods efficiently and professionally.
• Familiar with both domestic and international shipping practices is a plus.
