We’re offering a Lawyer Trainee position for someone who’s ready to step into the legal world, learn fast, and grow with purpose — no previous experience required, just a disciplined mind and strong work ethic. You’ll help support ongoing legal matters by organizing case notes, reviewing contracts, and conducting structured research. We’ll teach you how to identify legal issues in everyday business situations and document them clearly for internal use. You’ll help prepare case materials, organize deadlines, and ensure that all filings and references are up to date. Expect to help prepare for meetings, court filings, or negotiations by organizing facts and gathering legal precedents. You’ll get hands-on experience in reading statutes, checking citations, and summarizing findings for internal use. You’ll help flag missing information, unclear terms, or outdated templates in legal documents and reports. You’ll help write drafts of letters, simple agreements, and client-facing notes under lawyer supervision. We’ll explain how to break down complex statutes and regulations into actionable insights for clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—finance, HR, compliance—to tackle cross-functional issues.
• Attend legal seminars, obtain continuing education credits, and stay licensed in your jurisdiction.
• Think critically and strategically even when working with limited information or time.
• Handle sensitive or high-stakes matters with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and documentation with strict attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Counsel, Legal Advisor, Partner, or In-House Counsel.
• Thrives in high-responsibility environments where precision and professionalism matter most.
• Able to represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, or regulatory proceedings.
• Open to continuous legal education, seminars, or certifications to deepen expertise.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction with a solid understanding of local and national legal systems.
