Description:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to help us create bold, scroll-stopping content for social media — no experience required, just energy, taste, and an eye for trends. You’ll work on real posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube thumbnails, stories, and ads that actually get seen. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. You’ll assist in creating assets for launches, editorials, seasonal drops, and influencer collaborations. You’ll learn how to combine fonts, colors, and motion to match internet culture and speak the platform’s language. You’ll be part of a creative crew that thrives on bold visuals, smart strategy, and trend-aware thinking. Expect to create designs that live in people’s feeds, not just in files — and learn what performs and why. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll understand how design connects with views, likes, watch time, and conversion — not just aesthetics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Design for real-world impact, not just aesthetics—your visuals should convert, clarify, or communicate.
- Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma like a second language.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and project managers to hit shared goals.
- Stay organized using tools like Trello, Notion, or a good old sticky note wall.
- Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.
Preferred:
- Able to maintain visual clarity and functionality in user-focused designs.
- Wants to grow into roles like Art Director, Brand Designer, or UX/UI Specialist.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma and Canva.
- Open to A/B testing visuals and using analytics to iterate on design performance.
- Familiar with basic motion design or video editing tools is a plus (e.g. After Effects, Premiere).
Benefits:
- You’ll help shape brand identities, not just “make it pop.”
- Access to paid tools — Adobe CC, Figma Pro, stock sites, and more.
- Design sprints with realistic deadlines — no all-nighters, no burnout culture.
- Your work won’t be ignored or overwritten — we actually care about good design.
- No micromanagement — just briefs, trust, and a clear feedback loop.
We’ll help you build templates, style guides, and fast-production habits for content calendars and brand kits. You’ll also build a portfolio of interface designs with real context, not just dribbble-style mockups. Every week, you’ll refine your eye, polish your typography, and understand the rhythm of building a luxury or boutique aesthetic. You’ll build a portfolio that’s not just pretty, but proven — because your work will actually go live. We value speed, consistency, and freshness — and we’ll teach you how to deliver all three while still having fun. No design school? No degree needed — if your camera roll is full of edits and drafts, that’s a good start. You’ll finish this role with a portfolio full of stylish, publish-ready work that reflects real-world brand experience. If you’re ready to turn creativity into a career, and you’re excited to learn through doing — we’re ready to teach you.
