Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our distribution center — ideal for someone who’s dependable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work overnight to receive, scan, and stock inventory with care and accuracy while the facility is closed to customers or outbound traffic. You’ll help prep the floor for the next day’s shipments, making sure everything is sorted, staged, and clearly labeled. You’ll pick and pack frozen, perishable, or refrigerated items while wearing thermal gear provided by the company. You’ll help load and unload temperature-controlled trucks, ensuring items are handled quickly to avoid spoilage. You’ll rotate between scanning, loading, unloading, and staging depending on volume and staffing needs. You’ll use handheld scanners and digital systems to track product movement and update inventory in real time. You’ll rotate between freezer zones, coolers, and staging areas based on shipment schedules and workload. You’ll rotate between receiving, packing, labeling, and staging depending on shift needs and volume.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt to fast-paced environments, seasonal surges, and shifting priorities.
• Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Respect company property, time, and fellow team members to maintain a positive work culture.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or internal transfer.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.

Preferred:

• Able to follow standard operating procedures, complete assigned tasks on time, and contribute to warehouse productivity goals.
• Understands safety procedures for handling hazardous materials, heavy equipment, and warehouse PPE use.
• Can read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and order sheets accurately.
• Able to receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.

You’ll be expected to lift heavy boxes, push cold carts, and move pallets using manual or powered equipment. You’ll assist in regular stock counts and quality inspections to prevent product loss or contamination. You’ll use modern warehouse software, barcode scanners, and mobile dashboards to stay on task and track progress. You’ll work on your feet for long periods and adapt to seasonal temperature changes inside the warehouse. You’ll receive coaching from shift leads who will help you improve handling technique and efficiency. You’ll work in a fast-moving, highly coordinated team where timing and rhythm are everything.
