Description:

We’re hiring a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, engage with audiences, and increase brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage our audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay ahead of social media trends and implement new tactics to keep our presence fresh and engaging. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll engage with followers, building a community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in conversations. You’ll manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring paid promotions are effective and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Report monthly with insights, wins, learnings, and suggested pivots—no vanity metrics, just actionable takeaways.
• Schedule posts in advance but stay ready to pivot when real-time opportunities arise.
• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Run social media campaigns—giveaways, product launches, collaborations—and track their success with clear metrics.
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.

Preferred:

• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Familiar with trends, meme culture, and how to leverage viral moments for brand visibility.
• Experience launching or supporting paid ads, influencer collaborations, or giveaways is a plus.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

You’ll work with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase our reach and foster brand loyalty. You’ll manage social media advertising budgets, optimizing spend and analyzing ad performance to maximize ROI. You’ll ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints, from posts to ads and influencer collaborations.
