We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to help build and scale partnerships that drive real growth. You’ll support the affiliate team in managing day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also helping us build strong, productive relationships with partners. Whether you're preparing custom links, organizing promo assets, or helping track conversions, you bring a sense of order, energy, and attention to detail to everything you do. You’ll help onboard new affiliates with welcome kits, assist with campaign planning, and monitor engagement to spot high-potential partners worth nurturing. You’re someone who enjoys working with both people and processes — equally comfortable drafting a welcome message as you are cleaning up spreadsheets or pulling metrics from the dashboard. You’ll learn how to monitor performance data, spot trends, and flag opportunities for growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain updated documentation and how-to guides to make affiliate onboarding smoother and less manual.
• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Assist with compliance checks to ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and avoid shady practices.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver banners, copy, and assets that affiliates can actually use.
• Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities with affiliates in a way that feels human, not corporate.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Affiliate Manager or Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Knows how to research and evaluate potential affiliate partners or influencers.
• Pays attention to detail when checking links, commissions, and tracking tags.
• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
• Understands how to create or assist with promotional content like banners or UTM links.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like PartnerStack, Impact, or even Mailchimp and Canva.
