Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and dedicated Discord Moderator to join our team and help build a positive online community. You’ll be responsible for monitoring interactions, enforcing server rules, and making sure all members feel safe and valued. You’ll assist in resolving conflicts, addressing inappropriate behavior, and fostering healthy interactions within the community. You’ll help organize and moderate events such as discussions, Q&As, and community activities, keeping the server active and engaging. You’ll work with the moderation team to address inappropriate content, provide warnings, and take action against rule violations. You’ll help organize events and activities that engage the community, encourage collaboration, and keep members active. You’ll be the first point of contact for users with questions or concerns, providing timely and helpful responses. You’ll address user concerns and provide assistance as needed, helping to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain mod chat discussions and moderation logs with professionalism and respect for privacy.
• Ultimately, help make the server a safe, fun, and thriving place where people want to return—not just visit.
• Report serious incidents or repeat offenders to server admins with detailed logs and context.
• Actively engage with members to encourage participation, keep conversations flowing, and defuse tension early.
• Monitor chat activity across all channels to ensure conversations stay respectful, on-topic, and within community guidelines.

• Thrives in collaborative, digital-first spaces and loves helping others feel welcome.
• Can greet new members and help guide them through the server’s channels and roles.
