We’re inviting a curious and empathetic trainee to explore the world of psychology, personal coaching, and inner transformation — no formal background required, just a calling to help others grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll guide you through the art of asking powerful questions, not giving advice, but facilitating awareness and change. You’ll help structure sessions that focus on mindset shifts, confidence building, and emotional balance. Expect to learn the basics of cognitive-behavioral frameworks, habit building, and mindset coaching. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. We’ll teach you how to hold space — quietly, supportively, and without judgment — even when emotions are high. You’ll also learn how to communicate feedback gently, reframe limiting beliefs, and encourage mindset shifts. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Recognize signs of deeper psychological issues and refer clients to licensed specialists when needed.
• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.
• Respond to client questions, challenges, or breakthroughs between sessions if appropriate.
• Model emotional intelligence, active listening, and calm presence in every interaction.

Preferred:

• Able to guide clients through emotional challenges, mindset shifts, or behavioral changes with empathy and professionalism.
• Willing to hold clients accountable for their own goals while remaining supportive and flexible.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Experienced in creating content such as blogs, guides, or social media posts related to mental well-being or coaching.
• Familiar with managing client notes, confidentiality agreements, and scheduling tools.
