Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher — the one who charts the course, watches the skies, and keeps flights safe from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for building detailed flight plans that account for weather, fuel, payload, and air traffic. While passengers sip coffee at the gate, you’ll already be deep into wind speeds, pressure maps, and runway conditions. You’ll interpret complex data — wind speeds, runway conditions, turbulence forecasts — and translate it into confident plans. Each flight plan you build will be tailored for safety, fuel efficiency, and time — and then tested against reality in real-time. You’ll work side-by-side with pilots, updating them in real time, briefing with clarity, and reacting without panic when plans shift. When storms roll in or delays pile up, you’ll stay steady, adapting plans with grace and confidence. No shift is ever “quiet,” and that’s exactly how you like it — always alert, always thinking ahead. You’ll stay calm under pressure, knowing that your job is to bring order and confidence when the skies grow unpredictable. Basic Qualifications:

• Stay informed about geopolitical risks, NOTAM updates, runway closures, and international aviation alerts.
• Monitor en-route flights in real time using flight tracking software—adjusting routes or advising diversions when needed due to weather, emergencies, or airspace congestion.
• Collaborate with maintenance, fueling, catering, and gate agents to ensure aircraft readiness for timely pushback.
• Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in 24/7 operations centers.
• Ensure timely coordination of special flights such as charter, medical evacuation, or cargo missions when scheduled.

Preferred:

• Comfortable coordinating with pilots, air traffic control, and ground operations teams.
• Able to prioritize and escalate issues that may impact flight safety or legality.
• Can analyze NOTAMs, METARs, and TAFs to ensure safe and compliant dispatching decisions.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions.
• Organized with documentation, coordination records, and dispatch clearances.
