We’re hiring a Clinical Psychologist Trainee who’s ready to explore the therapeutic process from the inside — no previous experience required, just empathy, professionalism, and a deep interest in mental health. You’ll assist with preparing client records, anonymizing data, and reviewing session outlines under supervision. We’ll teach you how to observe client behavior respectfully, listen actively, and recognize emotional cues during sessions. You’ll learn how to document progress, track behavioral patterns, and participate in debriefs with licensed psychologists. Expect to support the creation of psychoeducational materials, therapy tools, and reflective exercises for clients. We’ll walk you through how psychologists conduct assessments, build treatment plans, and set therapeutic goals. We’ll guide you in understanding how therapy is structured — from intake interviews to session planning and progress tracking. You’ll assist in building treatment plans and tracking client progress through clinical documentation. You’ll gain awareness of how culture, background, and environment affect client experiences and therapeutic rapport.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respect cultural, gender, and socioeconomic differences in every aspect of your clinical work.
• Conduct risk assessments when clients present signs of self-harm, suicide, or violence.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff to ensure holistic care.
• Supervise interns or junior clinicians if licensed and experienced.
• Balance a demanding caseload while avoiding burnout through supervision and self-care.

Preferred:

• Experience conducting psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and evidence-based therapy sessions.
• Familiar with maintaining clinical notes, treatment plans, and outcome tracking in accordance with ethical standards.
• Licensed or certified clinical psychologist with a graduate degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Familiar with standardized assessment tools and psychological testing methods.
• Enjoys helping individuals build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience.
